2. Service Description
Maintain My Site provides website maintenance services on a per-request basis. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Content updates and modifications
- Security patches and updates
- Performance optimization
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting
- Plugin and theme updates
3. Pricing and Payment
Our standard rate is $45 per request. For larger requests:
- We will break down the work into smaller, manageable requests
- Each breakdown will be presented for your approval before work begins
- You will only be charged for approved requests
- Payment is due upon completion of each request
4. Request Process
All maintenance requests must be submitted through our contact form or email. We will review your request within 24 business hours and provide an estimate of the work required. For requests that exceed our standard scope, we will provide a detailed breakdown and timeline for your approval.
5. Turnaround Time
Standard requests are typically completed within 2-3 business days. Complex requests may require additional time, which will be communicated during the approval process. Emergency requests may be available for an additional fee.
6. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. SMS Notifications
Maintain My Site offers optional SMS notifications to keep you updated on your maintenance requests.
7.1 Opt-In Requirement
SMS notifications are optional and require your express consent. By providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you agree to receive text messages fromMaintain My Site regarding your service requests.
7.2 Types of Messages
If you opt in, you may receive SMS notifications for:
- Request status changes and updates
- New comments on your service requests
- Pricing estimates and updates
- Approval requests requiring your review
- Service confirmation and completion notices
7.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and open service requests. You may receive multiple messages per day during active service periods, or no messages when you have no active requests.
7.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS notifications. Maintain My Site does not charge for SMS notifications, but you are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
7.5 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message from us
- Disabling SMS notifications in your account settings
- Contacting us at care@maintainmysite.com
After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further SMS notifications will be sent unless you opt back in.
7.6 Help and Support

7.7 SMS Service Provider
SMS notifications are delivered through Twilio, a third-party service provider. By opting in to SMS notifications, you acknowledge that your mobile phone number will be shared with Twilio for the purpose of delivering these messages. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your phone number.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maintain My Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. We maintain backups before making changes, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for SMS delivery failures, delays, or charges from your mobile carrier.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
